Each room is equipped with a desk, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, bed linen, fridge, towels, wardrobe, and kettle. Select rooms offer beautiful garden views.

Check-in and check-out. Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:30 AM.
Early arrival or late departure. Just ask and we'll do our best, subject to availability. A small fee may apply, and guests who book directly with us get free late check-out.
Staying longer? Let us know as early as you can and we'll check availability to extend your room.
Photo ID. Local regulations require every guest to show a valid photo ID with address at check-in. International guests, please bring your passport and visa.
Cancellations. Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to [X] days before arrival. After that, the first night is charged. Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or MakeMyTrip follow the policy shown on that platform.
A quiet place to unwind. Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We're a peaceful, family-run guest house and aren't suited to bachelor or party groups.
Food and drinks. You're welcome to enjoy food and drinks on your balcony. Please use the bins provided and keep cooking to the kitchenette.
Smoke-free rooms. All rooms are non-smoking. Ask us where you can smoke outdoors.
Visitors. For everyone's safety and privacy, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
Fresh linen. Linen is changed every third day, or sooner on request.
Valuables and vehicles. Please use the in-room safe for cash and valuables. We can't be responsible for items left unsecured, and vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
Keys and care. A lost room key costs ₹1,000 to replace, and any damage to the property is charged at repair cost.
Power cuts. Our inverter backup keeps the Wi-Fi, lights and a fan running during outages. The AC resumes when mains power returns.
The close proximity to prime tourist locations and beaches is an added advantage at this property. The staff is very helpful and kind.
